PROJECT OVERVIEW
Mountain View Hyde Park now proudly declares that we have more than 82% of the units already delivered, which represents more than 2600 units and 350 units are currently in the finishing stage. At this moment we have 30 units ready for living and 15 residents have already moved into their homes. We are pleased to announce the remarkable progress in Cluster #1; now 100% of the cluster units have been delivered and more than 90% of the pavement works have been completed and planned to be fully finished by Q4-2018. All infrastructure is in the testing and commissioning phase. Our Facility Management Team is finalizing the inspection of electrical, potable water, irrigation and sewage networks to ensure that the operation kick oh‘ is on schedule.

All governmental approvals have been obtained and our construction team is working closely with the Master Development Team to finalize the internal connections (Water – Electricity) by the end of 2018, in the meantime testing and commissioning of the internal networks are in progress. To facilitate the process of moving in, a central water tank in the utility area is now on site and an internal temporary fence has already commenced to improve security conditions for the delivered zone which shall be
fully established by Q4-2018. The gate of the Master Developer is 90% completed, while the main road from Master Developer to Mountain View Hyde Park shall be ready by Q2 2019, meanwhile for the sake of our clients convenience there will be an alternative road operating during October.
