PROJECT OVERVIEW

We are proudly announcement that the “Arab Contractor Company” started the construction works of the external roads and all the utilities around the project. Mountain View had signed construction contracts with a value of 2.4 Billion EGP in cluster one of the Club Residence District with two of the top leading construction companies in Egypt (DME and REDCON) both are ranked 1st category across the Egyptian Federation for Construction & Contractors.

 

PROJECT CONSTRUCTION

Mobilization:

Now both construction firms (DME & REDCON) are fully mobilized on site and heavily working with full power across all construction disciplines.

PROJECT CONSTRUCTION

Infrastructure & Leveling:

The construction team successfully finished the grading works for the under-construction plots of the Club Residence District accomplishing 100% of the works.

PROJECT CONSTRUCTION

Villas Construction:

Adding to the overall construction progress, Mountain View had finished 95% of the concrete works of the stand-alone villas.

Residence Construction:

As part of the project progress, the excavation and soil replacement work for the under-construction buildings had been finished, meeting the planned time schedule. Our team is working on a fast pace on the plain concrete foundations and side retaining walls for the Residence buildings to keep up with all the work progress accomplished.
