Facts on our food complex:
Objective of the project is the manufacturing of wheat flour products. As Biscuits, Pasta, animal feed…..etc
Location importance to the project:
Only 2 km away from the port of Adabia
Around 35 km away from Sokhna port
Crossing the road, oils factories are there.
Sugar refiner is also located in the area about 35 km
All the above saving transportation cost of wheat (in case of importing), flour wheat ( in case of exporting), oil & sugar ( in case of manufacturing biscuits …)
Wheat flour will be transported to other factories via pipes, means no use of bags, thus saving on packing materials & transportation as well.
In whole Egypt there is no wheat mill near ports except 2, we one of it.
Conclusion: is that our mill cost should be lower than any other mill in Egypt. As well as our manufacturing products.
We didn’t run the mill for more than few months so we can not give accurate figures.
This is our own study based on profit per bag of 50 kg .
The mill produce 250 ton per day
72 % is wheat flour: 250 X 72% = 180 ton X 20 bag per ton = 3600 bags
28% ( 70 ton bran) net profit per ton is 100 = 7000
